LDVFD is a qualified volunteer fire department organized under the laws of the State of Texas, County of Guadalupe, and a federally recognized tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All raffle activities are conducted in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2002.

Tax-deductible donations to LDVFD made outside of the raffle may be directed to the address or email above. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible; see LDVFD's Terms of Service for details.
