Shipping Policy
Online ticket purchases include a physical ticket stub, mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout. There is no separate shipping charge; the cost of mailing the ticket stub is included in the ticket price.
Carrier and Delivery Time
Ticket stubs are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail within 5 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery time from the date of mailing is 1–5 business days, depending on the distance between Lake Dunlap Area Volunteer Fire Department (LDVFD) and the destination address. This is a USPS service estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and standard First-Class Mail does not include a tracking number.
Order and Shipment Confirmation
Buyers will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase, and a separate notification once the ticket stub has been mailed.
Combined Shipments
Multiple tickets purchased in a single online order will be mailed together in one shipment. Multiple separate orders placed online using the same shipping address will also be grouped and mailed together where possible.
In-Person Purchases
Tickets purchased in person at an LDVFD event are typically handed to the buyer on-site at the time of purchase. In the event that physical ticket stubs are unavailable at a given event, the buyer's stub will instead be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail as described above.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. LDVFD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Changes to This Policy
LDVFD reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the raffle following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms as posted.
